The is a 45mm (45-400 neck finish) continuous thread plastic cap with a FS 5-4 foam liner. This closure is made of polypropylene (PP) plastic and fits our 45-400 vials, bottles, and jars. This plastic cap features a glossy smooth top as well as sides. The 3-ply foam liner is compatible with many substances and is great for general lining applications. The Liner is a 45mm two-piece foam backed heat induction foil innerseal which will provide an aggressive bond with tamper indicating removal. Heat induction seal (HIS) liners are a popular choice when an air tight seal is needed. An induction machine is required to apply the liner. These liners are recomended for dry products only.
